Understanding Club Path: Key Numbers to Look For and Their Impact on Your Golf Game
In the video “Full Swing KIT Data with Trottie – Club Path”, Chris Trott explores the concept of club path and its relation to the ball-to-target line. Trottie explains that a club path of 0.5 degrees to the right means the club is moving inside to outside, slightly right of the target.
He demonstrates this by hitting shots with different club paths:
- A club path of 2.9 degrees to the right, pushing the ball further out.
- A negative club path of -1.1 degrees, moving the ball to the left.
These demonstrations help golfers understand how the club path affects ball direction and how to control their shots better. By gaining a feel for where the club is going, golfers can make adjustments to improve their game.
